Certificate of Competency as Master of a Home Trade ship granted by Ministry of Shipping (or) Certificate of Competency as Second mate foreign going Ship (3 year Experience) (or) Certificate of Competency as Mate of a Home Trade ship granted by Ministry of Shipping (3 year Experience) (or) First Class Master Certificate issued under Harbour craft Rules (5 year Experience as First Class Master)
