Age limit: 18 years to 25 years, as on 1.4.2010 for general category(Age relaxation is applicable to Schedule Caste up to 5 years and for O.B.C. up to 3 years - relaxation in age for candidates already in Govt.)
Qualification:B.Sc degree in Agriculture with Horticulture as a special subject, 3 years course after Pre-University of a recognized University or equivalent.

Application Fee: Rs.200 (No fee for SC/ST) forward in the form of DD in favour of Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Chandigarh.
How to Apply:Demand Draft of Rs.200/- in case of the General/OBC Category in favour of Commissioner Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh drawn on any scheduled bank payable at Chandigarh. The SC/ST candidates are exempted. Applicant already in service should apply through proper channel i.e. Appointing Authority. However an advance copy of application along with requisite enclosures be submitted on or before the due date. But the candidature shall be considered on the basis of application received through the Deptartment.
